Founded in 2006, The Shetkari Village began with a vision to preserve and elevate the pure, rustic tastes of Maharashtra. Cooking over the traditional clay stove (Chul) using local firewood, we have spent over 18 years refining the delicate balance of spices that makes village food so exceptionally comforting and robust.
